Very good

Liked: Perfect location, tram behind the corner, few stops from the city center. Comfy bed, a super big room, clean, good breakfast.
Disliked: The entrance door resonated a lot, I had to put some paper in between the door and door-case. Similar with a room door and glass on it.Noise from neighbors and stairs.

ok, but should have been...

Liked: The room and the batroom was perfectly cleaned, big plus +
Disliked: old fashioned, lights didn't turn on when I took the stairs, the receptionist had to write everything down in a book no working desk in the room, so I was unable to work.

If you just need to...

Disliked: It looked like only beds were cleaned up, everything else was dirty including some trash lying in corners. The toilet and bathroom are simply a disaster.
