Friendly staff, nice location, rooms...

Liked: The staff are friendly, the room was clean. It had parking too. Primarily, the place is only a few minutes from Auschwitz museum. The breakfast was nice and varied: traditional Polish with egg and frankfurter. There were also fresh cakes and fruit.
Disliked: The rooms were fairly dated, and the mattresses were quite thin.

Nice, cozy and close to...

Liked: The Hotel location is perfect, very close to the old museum entrance, relatively close also to the new entry. The hotel was perfect for one night stay, was in the budget. The breakfast is simple but it has what it takes. For me the price / quality was okay.
Disliked: Don't have any suggestions at the moment.

Fair. It would have been...

Liked: The hotel staff was phenomenal for service! They even prepared me a to go breakfast to take with me to the airport when I missed the breakfast time on the last day due to my early flight. They arranged a taxi driver to take me to Krakow airport. However, the taxi driver was very unfriendly despite the quantity I paid him. The hotel location is also excellent because it's right next to the Auschwitz concentration camp. I was there for the 80th anniversary commemoration of the liberation of the camp.
Disliked: I wasn't able to have a stable internet connection in my room which cost me countless hours of production.

Liked: Great location, right next to Memorial and Museum Auschwitz I. Staffs are very friendly. Nice fresh breakfast.
