Not recommended

Disliked: The place is not near the center but that’s not it. I had trouble with air- conditioning and water. I went in December and the heat was not working so they offered me a bottle of champagne which definitely didn’t make me feel any warmer. I asked repeatedly to talk with a manager to solve any issues but that happened after 4 days without heat. People there were not that kind and helpful. I wouldn’t recommend this

Very different from normal hotels...

Liked: It was on the water and special
Disliked: Background noise from the trains could be very noisy if you open your window (That we prefer)But if you close the window it is fine

Pleasant stay with quick,friendly service...

Liked: The booking process was very smooth. After making the reservation, we had a few questions which we asked via chat. These were answered quickly and kindly. During our stay, we needed a few extra items, such as an iron and ironing board. Upon request, the staff brought them to our room right away.Although we had one rainy morning, the staff immediately offered us an umbrella. These may seem like small details, but they truly make a stay more enjoyable. It’s great to feel so well taken care of.

Great for a one night...

Liked: Location to station was great although the walk from the main station down, was past an undesirable area with an awful smell.
Disliked: The room was small and dark, with breakfast being very disappointing, with the same choice each day and the need to constantly request items that had run out. Checkout time of noon was great but would rather 11am and change the check-in time to 3pm instead of the current 4pm.

Liked: Well situated next to the concert hall we had de used to attend
Disliked: The fact that it was not possible to regulate the room temperature to our liking. IMHO if a room is air conditioned one should be able to regulate the temperature to one’s liking. Also the hotel is situated on a quay, but the right to access is not ensured for everyone!!!! On arrival, our transferoo driver was given access but not on departure. I am convinced that this is a problem that the management is aware of but ignores and lets the day to day employees try to find solutions. Quite disappointing attitude.

Liked: Very nice view of river (thank you guys for an upgrade). Close to metro.
Disliked: Rooms are very small. Breakfast is very poor (last day of our staying it was too crowed there was nothing left when we came at 9 in the morning) as soon as the hotel on the water it bobs on the waves.

Disliked: You simply cannot have a hotel floating, it was a bad experience.
