Unique, clean, tidy, staff friendly...

Liked: Loved the location and type of property. We had no idea it was on a barge though :) more our fault but as soon as we realised we were super excited. Stunning and well looked after. Rooms very modern and facilities were very good. Shower was really good. You have to have a good shower! Great you can chromecast from your phone to watch prime/ Netflix on the tele.towels fresh everyday and bedlinen all clean. Loved the view from bar/pool area in to la Seine. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. We checked out early 6am ish and had no issues finding someone. I was worried the boat would be rocking but hardly felt nothing and really cool to open your curtains and there just be water outside!!
Disliked: The hotel must be very new, which is lovely which made little things like stains on the middle wall way carpet down the barge more noticeable especially on cream carpet. We were in room 31, and arrived at night and when we got to the room door it was so dark in the corridor and couldn’t see the room number. Might be worth just putting a light to light up door number like the other rooms.

Liked: We loved this hotel. It was just what we wanted for the start of our much awaited honeymoon.

Ideal for early trains from...

Liked: The location was great for train connection the next day. However arriving by taxi the drop off was a little remote as the vehicle couldn’t get access to the quai so we had to walk from the train station and negotiate a cobbled quayside and steps with our luggage. Quirky choice to be a boat hotel. Comfortable bed with lovely linen.
Disliked: The bathroom was in need of maintenance as the washbasin leaked and the shower didn’t drain well - as it was a wet room it meant there was a flooded floor. Also could not turn off all the lighting in the room - it only dimmed to a low level

Exceptional

Liked: I had a very quick stay, but the staff were very impressive.
Disliked: The location to arrive was hard, my taxi driver couldn't find this, but once we called then the hotel explained everything. It was amazing , right on the water.
