Transition from vacation to home...
Liked: The staff were super friendly and very accommodating! Absolutely amazing location right on the corner of Spadina and Queen street west! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the huge stand up shower in the bathroom was heaven! Bar in the lobby was convenient and bartenders were super friendly! Can’t recommend this place enough!

Enjoyed our stay…love TO
Liked: Clean room, very comfortable bed. Small bar fridge priced right for a wedding we attended in hotel. Parking right outside of hotel reasonably priced for overnight. Loved the cozy feel of venue and staff worked very hard to make everyone comfortable and attended to.

It is our first stay...
Liked: We had 4 nights in the hotel. The location is very convenient. The staff work in bar are quite friendly and helpful especially the young guy!
Disliked: A women works in checkin counter said very strong tone of “NO” to us when we request for changing a clean sheet on the 3rd day we stay. There are only one or two switches on the wall in the room are working, so it’s very inconvenient.. The bed is quite sagging like having a hammock. Only one chair in the room for two people.
