Exceptional

Great room - subpar bfast...

Liked: We were upgraded and we put in a fabulously large room. The bathroom and large and had a very nice shower and tub. Lobby also smelled amazing (ritual products)
Disliked: Finding the parking garage was a nightmare. Best to call reception for help. The garage is on a blocked street and the streets surrounding the hotel are very narrow so it is hard to drive to. Also the breakfast buffet was not very good

Charming confortable hotel with great...

Liked: Helpful and welcoming staff, charming hotel with beautiful lobby and private outdoor terrace. Rooms are super comfortable, and when something doesn't work (my shower head was leaking) it's instantly fixed by efficient team. Even the food at the bar is excellent, which I did not expect.
Disliked: One small negative point (because I had to find one) : breakfast is excellent, but too expensive, in my opinion.

Liked: Central, clean, friendly staff.
Disliked: They told me they had a electric car charger, but it wasn’t true. The charger in their parking was powerful enough to charge a bicycle. Overnight we hardly charged our Tesla.

Lovely inside

Liked: On the inside this hotel was fabulous. The room was large and comfortable and there was a good shower. The bar area was big and well-decorated and there was a nice terrace as well. The reception and bar staff were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: On the outside you would never guess this was so nice inside. The hotel's exterior and the street and area it is in were dirty and downbeat and I didn't feel totally comfortable outside at night. The hotel advertises a lift but there is a whole flight of stairs to climb to get up to the entrance.The breakfast is 22 EUR per person for a small buffet. There is much better value to be had in the many restaurants in town.As with so many hotels these days, despite a large room there was no dressing table.

Liked: Excellent room layout. Great walk in shower. Very very quiet! Comfortable bed. Soft lighting.
Disliked: This did not matter to us but there was not a mini fridge.
