Disliked: I feel like the pictures on the website are really outdated. Also charged 50$ to my card when checking in for security deposit that is suppose to be back in the account after checking out but will probably take days. Also there was no “weekend breakfast” and ice was in a cooler w a scoop that was basically melted.

Liked: It was close to where we wanted to go.
Disliked: I was told when I made the reservation that we would have breakfast. when we checked in they said it wasnt offered except weekends. The coffee pot was a chore to handle. The staff kept the office locked and was outside on the phone most of the time. My sister couldnt get any hot water to shower in. All in all we should have cancled when we arrived and went on down the street to the best western. The price was alot different too. I wont stay there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Liked: First, the hotel was packed due to Halloween festivity's in Eureka Springs. Room & bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was only served on Saturday and Sunday, so be aware. Breakfast was mainly continental but did have waffle's.
Disliked: The walls and ceiling not exactly sound proof. Refrigerator was a little noisy but not a deal breaker. Parking was tight during the weekend, but they were booked full during this time, so not really hotels fault.

Bug infested nightmare!

Liked: Nothing, if I could give minus stars I would.
Disliked: It was dirty, there were roaches in one of our rooms, my granddaughter was in bed and she has this huge bug (not a roach) crawl on her when my daughter went to the office to show the office guy he hands her a can of WASP spray and a hand vacuum and says spray them and suckum up I wish I could post pictures here the rooms smelled so bad sooo never again! I paid $936.43 for 3 rooms for 1 night I guess the bugs were free you tend to expect a little more for the price

Not a quality hotel

Disliked: It was not very big for a suite and not worth the cost..the breakfast was empty after one hour and did not refilled.the ice machine was broke.the tvs were ancient I will not stay there again.
