Nightmare hotel

Disliked: This is a nightmare hotel. I have only been to a worse hotel in Turkey.The room does not correspond to the description, it is smaller than the advertised size. You don't even have room to unload the suitcases for two people.A standard room in a three-star hotel turns out to have no refrigerator, no kettle for hot water.The walls of the hotel are made of paper, even the unzipping of your neighbor's suitcase can be heard through them.The cracks in the front door are so big that you can hear the breathing of someone passing through the corridor.An air conditioner in the room on the lowest fan speed creates noise above 40 decibels and you cannot sleep when it is on.The furniture of the room is from the establishment of the hotel - 1950.The air conditioner cannot regulate the temperature.The windows can't be opened because they face the street and besides all the hot air, they let in all the street noise.The elevator was made by someone with no construction background, an additional glass structure that is exposed to the sun all day long. You get a greenhouse with a temperature of 60 degrees in the elevator.If anyone has ever lived in a student dorm, this hotel is the worst version of it.There is no ventilation in the bathroom and the shower cabin is the size for the child.

Very good location and friendly...

Disliked: Very rude cleaner. On my last day I asked if I could have some shampoo and a towel and she rudely answered that she had had a long day and that I should be patient. I gad only asked a simple question and basic request, since it was her who didn't put the items in our room. Also, the room was not clean. Lots of dust on the desk and shelves. The bathroom was not cleaned, only the toilet paper changed. The floor always felt very dusty and our feet would get dirty right away. The cleaners service and attitude definitely does not match the hotel's receptionist and the rest of the staff
