Disliked: It's not the best sound isolation. You can hear people in the hallway, as well from outside (room was on the ground floor). Small bathroom with shower problem (faucet).

Disliked: The property does not have lifts but I think it’s the same across many hotels in Florence. No complaints.

Liked: An excellent location. Near the train station but also near all the main sights. The room was clean and spacious. This is a good travellers stop over.
Disliked: The breakfast was adequate. The room needed a bit of maintenance.

Liked: The staff were really very warm, accommodating and responsive. Location is close to everything. It is near a lot of cafes and restaurants. Even though its at the centre and touristy place, you barely hear the noise from outside.
Disliked: That you have to leave your keys at the front desk.

Liked: The hotel is close to every thing, public transportation and all the amenities you will look forward in Florence
Disliked: I understand Florence’s is a very busy place but the cost of the hotel was above for what they offer, staff was very kind but breakfast very simple, and the bathroom had a broken shower door..
