In general an alright stay...

Liked: Excellent location. Close to pretty much everything you would need to visit in Florence. Haven’t taken any bus/taxi within the city at all. Everything is within walking distance. Staff are responsive and willing to help.
Disliked: We’re situated at the ground floor, ventilation and noice was a problem as it’s just next to busy streets. The bathroom was always full of smell of bleach with constantly wet floor. Please note there’s no kettle provided in the room (which we expect it was a basic for hotels), staff would provide hot water upon asking but it will still be more handy to have one in room. Random insects flying around the room but to be fair could be because we’re on the ground floor.

Liked: Room was clean and facilities were nice. Staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was simple and good. Location is excellent.

It's a 2 star hotel...

Liked: it was close to the station. Short walk to various attractions within town
Disliked: the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak. The room was a bit worn out
