Disliked: Airport shuttle was dependable, courteous and clean (nice vehicle). Service only on the hour is a bit inconvenient, but it worked fine for a free service.

Great place to stay

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Nuevo Boston in Madrid. Just 20 to 30 min taxi drive from centre Madrid. The staff were great and always helpful. It’s in a great suburban location with a mall near it, supermarkets and restaurants.

Superb

Liked: Perfect for very early morning flight with the shuttle to the airport. Very easy to get to the hotel from the city by metro and short bus ride - very short walk from bus stop - could see hotel. Very comfortable large room. Helpful desk and restaurant staff.I don’t recall there being a coffee maker in the room (or coffee available in the hotel that early), which was the ONLY thing I missed.
