Lovely hotel in downtown KC

Liked: This hotel was really cute and well-curated from a decor perspective. I appreciated the little touches of personality. The common area parlor was a nice space to do some work and relax. I liked that there was a common area chest and cabinets where you could get supplies that you needed. I also liked the the hotel was small--only a few rooms. The cocktail bar on the first floor was lovely as well and the drinks were delicious! Most of all, I loved the location as it was walking distance to several good restaurants, jazz bars, and boutiques.
Disliked: Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The only thing I noticed though was that you could hear downtown sounds (like construction) easily while in the hotel room as well as people who were going out at night. This didn't bother me too much since I'm a sound sleeper, but I did take notice.

Liked: There was no breakfast?I loved the vibe of the hotel. Loved the roof patio.
Disliked: The air-conditioner was extremely loud popped on and off all night woke me up every time because it vibrated the partial wall it was on! NO sleep.
