Comfortable hotel close to major...

Liked: Friendly staff and situated in the heart of Gothic Quarter. Perfect location for shopping, dining and getting to points of interest.

good location but overpriced

Liked: hotel is close to main streets so it is very convenient easy to access from the airport by bus to plaza Catalunya clean and large roomclean shower staff was nice
Disliked: our room faced the street so it was very noisy you can hear people passing shouting and talking all hours of the night . elevator was not working so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs to our room (help was offered but we did not use it ) heater in the room could not be turned off (although they insisted on it working by turning the knob it did nothing ) so we had to leave the windows open the noise was from the street was worse you can also hear the construction works from la ramble at the middle of the night. we arrived during a large convention in the city so price was crazy high and not including breakfast so definitely no value for our money at that point

Such a beautiful hotel and...

Liked: The location was excellent - so much to do just outside the door. The bed was very comfortable and my husband and I both had a great night's sleep. The hotel decor was exceptional and very high quality. Only issue was I was running late for pickup and didn't get pictures for my photo book. Would loved to have gotten photos of hotel as well as the plaque outside the door on the sidewalk.
Disliked: Nothing the hotel could have done better. My only regret is that I could only spend one night there.

Liked: We loved this hotel. The bed and was comfortable, it was in a great location and the staff was friendly and helpful. We would also definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel near the heart...

Liked: Venue is located in a quiet side street just off a main thoroughfare. Location is great as you can walk to restaurants, markets, shopping and sights. Room size was great with a big double and single in room.
Disliked: No bar fridge in room meant you couldn't keep milk or drinks cold in the room. TV was not visible from the main bed and had a single bed only in the area it was located so no where to sit and watch on return to room at night.

stay away!

Liked: The staff member overshadows the entire experience. unprofessional, rude, and not knowing how to deal with people. The room furniture is very old. The bathroom and room service are very comfortable. location excellent.
Disliked: Location excellent, bathroom very comfortable.
