Pleasant hotel close to everything....

Liked: The bed was very comfortable bathroom facilities good. Staff very friendly and hotel had a,lovely atmosphere.
Disliked: Water was not replaced after first night. Not enough sockets in the room. Toiletries poor. Balcony not as expected. The breakfast really was not good value for money and very basic. Had to ask for cups for my room. Airport taxi booked from reception far more expensive than the one we hopped on outside the airport when we arrived.

Liked: Close to everything, great location.Bed was comfy.Clean.Had an elevator.
Disliked: A bit too small.Walls don’t have any sound proofing. Neighbours started laughing and getting crazy in the middle of the night, we could hear everything in HD.

Liked: The hotel was in a fantastic location good for walking to all areas of the city. The staff was helpful and rooms was clean could do with certain parts updating in the room.
Disliked: The room next to us was having work done for 3 days from 8am to 6pm there was constant banging.

Despite the negatives it was...

Liked: Lemon water in reception area, cleanliness, bathroom was excellent, location is brilliant
Disliked: Beds were not comfortable - asked for a double bed and it was two singles pushed together which were light and moved apart too much creating a chasm Noisy - could hear the running water (shower and toilet) in rooms above and next door No tea or coffee in the room
