Nice little hotel.

Liked: The hotel is located near the embankment in the old part of the city. It's a great location, and the staff is very helpful. Some people might find the room very small, but for me, it was enough. Overall, it's a very nice little hotel.

Liked: Very comfortable bed, great location, staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Plastic beaker in room for coffee and tea not enough towels or pillows.

Excellent 3* hotel. Clean and...

Liked: Close to the River Garonne, but not on the Riverside itself - which would have elevated the price. This is billed as 3 star hotel, as there are no fancy facilities. But as a place to stop over for a night or two, it is hard to beat. Clean, reliable, easy access as it is close to Bordeaux's excellent Tram service..Continental breakfast was copious. Several Cafés and Restaurants nearby for lunch or dinner.Staff were very helpful and friendly; they spoke good English (though I did try to speak French!). Will stay here again whenever I'm in Bordeaux.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike!

Disliked: Didn't appreciate the intruder who burst in with a room pass and woke us up without warning. If that was housekeeping, simply knocking first would avoid the alarm and breach of privacy caused.
