Really disappointed especially for the...

Liked: Beautiful lobby and decor in rooms for the most part Front desk staff nice & accommodating
Disliked: Lumpy bed pillows, hard beds, worn thin duvets, couldn’t get rooms warm , dusty , no light on night stand near bed (changed rooms but still not great) Poke the Bear had rude and inattentive, poor quality drinks at bar and not very dietary inclusive menu at either restaurants (no plant based)

Liked: The Hotel is in a quiet location so not ant traffic noise, it was beautiful inside and spotlessly clean, our room was modern, comfy and spacious.Bathroom was airy, bright and clean.Nice big tv and coffee machine, if you like your coffee.Complimentary water in mini fridge, nice touch.Dog friendly Hotel, O I believe there is an extra charge.
Disliked: Some of the staff were not friendly and attentive.I felt dismissed or insignificant because they continued to converstate together despite me standing waiting for help.Breakfast we where left standing waiting for seats whilst it was obvious to reception staff they did not assist.Breakfast itself had very limited options.Hotel not close to shops Swimming pool was mentioned on Hotels own website but no facility available
