Disliked: Cleanliness was not the best, bed sheets had stains on them, the room had a spa which I had to spend an hour cleaning before I used it as it was less than hygienic.

Passable, but wouldn’t stay there...

Disliked: Old leaky plumbing, stained old spa bath. We had no cleaning service. Had to ask for the bed to be changed, but they didn’t change, but just kept same bed linen. Then had to ask on the fourth day for it be done.

Good central landing place when...

Liked: Room was quiet, it was nice to have a spa before bed. Bed was reasonably comfortable, Great location. We were given meal and drink vouchers that we didn't end up using as venue was closed earlier than anticipated, but it was a nice touch.
Disliked: Room could do with some renovations or maintenance - certainly showing signs of age and wear & tear. Nothing that really impacted functionality, but contributed to not feeling as 'luxurious' as it could with just a little attention. Cracked basin sink, air conditioner missing flaps, spa tap didn't turn off completely. The addition of some sheer curtains behind the blockout curtains would be nice to allow natural light into the space with privacy.
