Overall everything was good

Liked: It was in a good area , close to the Ferry terminal.
Disliked: They don't serve breakfast during of Season .Restaurant doesn't open till 11 a..m.

Our stay was very pleasant...

Liked: Well what I liked was the staff was really pleasant to deal with. I like that. The restaurant was in the same building. Food was great.There was coffee in the mornings. And access was very easy in and of the rooms parking lot was well plowed access very accessible
Disliked: The only thing really that I didn't like was close to the window. the floor was always cold.Other than that, the room was very comfortable.

Liked: Conveniently located near the mainland to Newfoundland ferry crossing. Hotel was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Given its locale near the last place to stay before the ferry service off the mainland to Newfoundland, and the number of guests that stayed at the hotel, the number of staff working was far less than required for the number of guests. When we called for room service, the lone restaurant worker answered the phone and asked us to hold on for “a second”. That second lasted 20 minutes! I hung up and called back and was never answered. As I happen to be diabetic, and I counted on food service from the hotel, while I was in hold, I walked down to the restaurant and interacted with the lone worker to finally get served.
