Disliked: We had broken bath so we was unable to use it, climate control didn’t work at all, one bad was totally broken which difficult to sleep No shower gelHowever staff was friendly and offered to us another room.

Liked: The location was very good, close to Metro stop accessible to the centre of the city and other amenities.
Disliked: The breakfast area located in basement, a small area and sometimes overcrowded.The breakfast had a variety of food though.

Disliked: It’s definitely NOT a 4⭐ hotel. Breakfast was very average, also bathroom (plumbing) wasn’t in a good state, old

Comfy hotel near the centre...

Liked: A lovely little hotel in a great location. The breakfast was excellent, everything was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel also has a nice style throughout.
Disliked: There was no proper luggage storage; backpacks were simply left in the reception area, accessible to anyone entering the hotel. The room could use a bit of attention, and the breakfast area was small. Drinks were warm and would have been better kept in a fridge. The juice was watery, and a water dispenser would have been more convenient than just a jug.The checkout policy was frustrating. While checkout is at 11 a.m., a late checkout costs €20 until 1 p.m.—even if you only need an extra 30 minutes or an hour. They should be more flexible about this.
