I would stay again.

Liked: All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Thank you especially to Victoria and Sheila. Enjoyed the breakfast. Only complaint is that you can hear people’s upstairs activity. Front desk was happy to offer a solution and move us to a different room, but those people were checking out that morning anyway. Otherwise, a very friendly, conveniently located place to stay.

Nobo is a great place...

Liked: Rooms were very clean, facilities looked nice. Indoor pool was a bonus for sure. I was pleasantly surprised that breakfast was included (I'm male, don't read everything.
Disliked: Can't give anything. I though they did a good job with this hotel.

Liked: Victoria went above and beyond switching our king for a room with two queens that wasn't available when booking. She rocks as I wasn't interested in sleeping with my brother in law!

Disliked: Could open breakfast space room as a game room.

Relaxing Mountain Getaway

Liked: The recently remodeled hotel is a significant departure from its previous look. It’s clean and modern but still warm and inviting. Our original room was a bit small, but we were able to upgrade to a studio suite with no problems. Jamie at the front desk was awesome!
Disliked: There was some construction debris in the stairwell that was there during our entire stay.

Liked: We loved the room, especially the fireplace. The breakfast was very good, above and beypnd a normal hotel breakfast. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome.

Amazing property

Liked: Beautiful property. We had room with 2 king beds and the room was huge with a fireplace! No microwave or fridge but we didn’t need them. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was buffet and tasted great.
Disliked: Construction of some type right out our window starting before 7 am. Lots of continuous loud pounding that woke us all. Hopefully the construction projects won’t last long. In the meantime, maybe they should start quite so early.

Disliked: The person on the phone Sunday September 1st afternoon and Monday September 2nd afternoon was very rude when we checked out Tuesday the person was very nice and very helpful we were staying there because we had been evacuated for forest fire
