Great. Would stay here again

Liked: Location was excellent, close to pier and short walk from shops/restaurants and the Brighton Centre where we were going for an event
Disliked: Another heater in room would have made it more cosy

Disappointing

Great location and nice also...

Liked: Excellent location and easy check in, great location to the main sites and sounds of Brighton. The hotel staff were lovely
Disliked: The £15 for an earlier check in is steep and should be optional for people

Liked: Great location , funky clean rooms , secure and good shower
Disliked: Lumpy pillows!

Friendly, spacious and central

Liked: Spacious room, nice extras like ear plugs, snacks and air conditioning unit. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Disliked: Noisy, but to be expected when you are on the doorstep of the action. No breakfast but some great options available near by - Red Roaster was exceptional.

Lovely hotel but found it...

Liked: Location and room
Disliked: While I understand that not having staff is cost effective, having to look through my phone with my rubbish eye sight trying to find access codes and details on how to check in and out was annoying especially as I received 7/8 messages once I had booked which were all very long but some had minor details like the access code. I spent around an hour looking at the device I was trying to get away from and I’m reasonably tech savvy, my mum would have had a meltdown

Nice room close to the...

Liked: Spacious room, felt luxurious. Good facilities. Clean and close to the city center and beach. Recommended.
Disliked: Check-out time of 10AM on Saturday morning is rather early. And once you booked a room, you'll get at least 10 automatically generated mails; that is a bit much.

Fab stay but should say...

Liked: Central location perfect for what I needed
Disliked: Here for pride now I understand that the hotel didn’t want to be used as a knocking shop but you couldn’t take anyone back not even friends in other hotel out of the street party in fear of being fined or evicted, if this as in the description I certainly would have contemplated booking this hotel
