Liked: Very good hotel place conveniently in the heart of little Tokyo area. The room was clean and the stuff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and fresh food.

Liked: This is the worse experience I have ever had in any hotel, i travel a lot, the receptionist is as super racist, I am a black and she gave me a room shoe thought I deserved it whiles I have paid for what I wanted, and she was super rude, I felt discriminated and no one should be experience this, she had a red hair, we had to check out the following day, my very bad experience By far, and when I went back to request for what I wanted she said there’s no availability, and a nice gentleman came and he gave me the room I needed, meaning it was sitting right there and she didn’t want to accommodate us in that, I felt she didn’t want to check us in the appropriate room we paid for, if you are black stay away from this hotel.
