Afterall we enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Great location and many facilities in the hotel.
Disliked: We were supposed to get a bathrobe and slippers. Secondly we only got 1 pair of towels. And lastly before checking in, it was a bit confusing to about ordering the extra’s.

Liked: The hotel was easy to find, kind staff very willing to help. Good atmosphere in the lobby and bar. The room was comfortable and clean. Good shower pressure, tub was small but works and clean so this is fine. Bed also great.
Disliked: Booked a suite, was smaller then expected based on pictures. The elevators take forever no matter what time you are there (choose the floor from outside the elevator)

Disliked: Lifts were not working great during our stay, only one lift at one stage.Very disappointed the doors into each level were always locked (internal doors). We could not go to many levelsExtremely poor service in this regard
