Clean and modern, but a...

Liked: Very clean modern rooms. A bit out the centre and the hustle and bustle. Staff friendly and helpful. Facilitated early book-in and held bags after checkout.
Disliked: Room was very tight. Bed was a bit on the small side and mattress, while soft, appeared to slant off at sides. Saw house cat jump up on table in dining area - decided not to have breakfast there.

Liked: Good location, friendly staff, room was more spacious than we expected. Free (and delicious) coffee was a pleasant surprise.
Disliked: Room service service at the door at 10 am asking if ok to clean the room, while we were there only for one night and check out is at 11 am.

Liked: Can’t say enough great things about our stay. Such good value for money, super clean, amazing location, staff were so friendly and helpful. Great having free lounge with hot drinks. Would definitely return if staying in Amsterdam again. Stayed with my 11 year old son.
