Old world charm wrapped around...

Liked: The staff treated us like royalty to make is feel comfortable and pampered. The location was exceptional - central to everything, and on a beautiful canal. The room was spacious, clean, and comfy.
Disliked: Very little comes to mind. I didn’t see a chocolate they left on my pillow until morning when it melted on the sheets. But it was top quality chocolate!!

Liked: Location, staff and cleanliness!
Disliked: Hotel was great, but like most European rooms it was small. It was difficult to open luggage without putting them on the bed.

Liked: The bed, the pillows, the coffee machine and the general location is excellent.the bar for a quiet drink before bed is nice also.walking distance to everything
Disliked: Very little, I would say that the breakfast price seems excessive to me, I understand Amsterdam is not cheap.Plenty of places outside to eat , so we did this. The carpet in our room (109) could do with a deep clean, some stains around the window area.
