Liked: We loved the staff there. They went above and beyond. Coming from another country they helped us get settled in our 'home away from home'. The staff provided local recommendations and even facilitate any tours we booked
Disliked: There was a foul odor wafting throughout the hotel. Probably part of being a historic building but there should be a modern way to dissapate the smell. When we were checking out there was someone else's bill that was attached to our invoice. It was taken off but it did make us worry about security

Disliked: The restaurant. Dinner selections were too trendy, trying too hard to be very unique rather than delicious.Coffee at the restaurant was very weak.

Liked: Location is spot on, in the Gothic district and in easy walking distance of Las Ramblas, The beach and the Marina.Nicely tucked away so was quit in the evening.
Disliked: Nothing really

The staff at Hotel Neri...

Liked: The hotel was exceptional set in the beautiful gothic quarter. We wanted a non corporate hotel and this certainly wasn’t that. Set in an old Catalan mansion and even smelt amazing. We were there in October and enjoyed gorgeous rose and cocktails on the roof terrace in the sun
Disliked: The breakfast menu was confusing and we felt expensive. I am a chef and it still wasn’t obvious what your options were! We found local bakeries for coffee and pastries which suited us
