Liked: Lovely decor, lovely staff, as facilitating as they could be.
Disliked: I felt that the food service would've been great to start a bit earlier as I could rarely avail of it with early starts to see the city.The major issue was the excess charge that I wasn't informed of. I would've accepted it happily, as I understand the need, only that the cost totalled 500$ which was all my money I'd budgeted for my entire trip gone before it had even started. This may have been the fault of booking.com instead of Hotel Nell but it is definitely necessary that this is made more clear when booking.
