Liked: Great service from the outset. From the lovely greeting and support from Nicolai to Justin and Pierre who were constant and consummate professionals at the front desk. Immaculate and beautiful hotel in a great location.

Good, but not great hotel...

Liked: The Nassauer Hof is in a great location in downtown Wiesbaden, nearby to almost everything you’d want to see in town.
Disliked: While this is a good hotel, they miss on a lot of the small things that could make it a great hotel. The shower was broken in our room, and the plumber couldn’t come until the next day. This meant we couldn’t shower after traveling for over 22 hours. We had to go out the next day without a shower. The plumber did eventually show up and fixed the shower, which was a long-awaited relief. The bed was very hard. The pillows were huge and heavy - not really conducive for sleeping. The thermostat in the room seemed like 1980s technology and we couldn’t regulate the temperature in the room. The bathroom was tiny - way too small for two adults. The was only one usable plug to charge our electronics - a must in these modern times.
