Disappointing Stay – Inconsistent Service...
Disliked: I usually stay at Marriott properties because of the consistently high standards of service and comfort, but my recent experience was a letdown. Here’s why:Service and Assistance:The customer service was inconsistent. I had difficulty linking my Booking.com reservation to my Marriott Bonvoy account, a process that has been seamless in the past. At check-in, I wasn’t asked to pay the city tax, which I usually settle upfront. However, at checkout, I was unexpectedly required to pay it, and digital payment options weren’t available. Without a physical card on hand, this became inconvenient.Room Quality and Amenities:I was disappointed with my room. It was a handicapped-accessible room, which I hadn’t requested, and it lacked basic amenities. The toilet paper appeared to have been left over from a previous guest, there were only three tissues in the dispenser, and essentials like a dental kit and trash bin in the bathroom were missing.Cleanliness Issues:I’m concerned about the cleanliness of the bedding. After lying down, I experienced itchiness and noticed red marks on my legs, which made me suspect the bed may not have been properly cleaned or may have had bugs.Membership Recognition:As a Marriott Gold member, I typically receive a warm welcome, complete with a drink, a note, or a small gift. This time, however, my membership status was overlooked, which was disappointing compared to previous stays.Conclusion:I choose Marriott properties because they usually make me feel safe, secure, and cared for. However, this recent stay didn’t meet my expectations. I’ve previously recommended and defended this hotel, but after this experience, I’m hesitant to do so again.

Liked: The location and all the staff
Disliked: A little short on supply of towel. Just 1 bath and 1 hand towel each day.Also asked for an extra blanket and stained quilt delivered promptly but no cover, didn't smell fresh and clean, it did keep us warm though.

Liked: The quality of the hotel and the decoration as well as the location. it was beautiful.
Disliked: The room had a small problem. the staff was very kind and could give us another bedroom

Liked: We loved the spacious rooms, the friendly staff thats always willing to assist with a smile on their face, the breakfast that served fresh pastries daily. There isnt anything to complain about.
