Liked: Location to metro.. and city centre (attractions).
Disliked: Number and size of elevators to get up to the floors. For someone of size felt demeaning and wasn’t comfortable for elevators.

Liked: Location is paramount when visiting Rome and this Hotel ticks all the boxes with easy access (right outside) to a walking distance to the Termini rail station. You can easily walk to the Colosseum from the hotel.
Disliked: There was no dislikes. I highly rate this hotel for value and accessibility.

Superb

Liked: Good location. Walking distance (10 Min)from termi train station. Walking distance to Colisay (15 min.).
Disliked: Some noise coming from staff preparing for room cleaning early in the morning.

Was disappointed with this hotel.

Disliked: Old hotel, breakfast was average, coffee was not good. Facility poorly maintained, no hot water one morning and shower drain blocked. Was close to a metro stop but otherwise not a good place to stay

Liked: Most of the staff were friendly & helpful, location was good
Disliked: There was no coffee machine in our room as advertised, the water machine on our floor didn’t work the entire stay, no water in the room for two nights which was very inconvenient
