Very disappointing.

Liked: Great location and excellent breakfast
Disliked: One side of the bed appeared to be broken. The springs dug into your body and every movement, whether sitting on the side or rolling created loud creaking sounds. It was so bad I had to get linen brought to the room so I could make up the couch to sleep on.The toilet cistern took 5 minutes to refill so it couldn't be used until then, and there was no hot water in the shower. When I complained I was told to run the hot water for 15 minutes. To think this was a superior room !

Disliked: Room 119 location. The window had no outlook, except into a inner courtyard, ground floor.Next time I will book a room on the 5th or 6th floor with a view overlooking the Piazza Vittoria Emanuele.The roof terrace was empty without bar or catering - this could be an attraction.

Liked: great location walkable to all the big tourist spots and metro right outside hotel. staff were all super friendly and room was spotless. breakfast was really good with fresh coffee and lots of choice of food.

Liked: Good breakfast. Near Termini and metro stations.
Disliked: Area has a lot of vagrants openly drinking and living on the street. Could be dangerous at night.

Liked: Friendly Staff: The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist, which made my stay enjoyable.Nice Lounge: The lounge area was comfortable and well-designed, perfect for relaxing or socializing.Decent Breakfast: The breakfast spread was varied and satisfying, offering a good start to the day.Clean Room: The room was spotless and well-maintained, which I greatly appreciated
Disliked: Hard Third Bed: The third bed in the room was a bit hard, possibly due to its age. It might be worth considering an upgrade or replacement.Outside Food Policy: When I requested cutlery to eat some outside food, I was politely informed that eating outside food in the room was against hotel policy. While the staff handled this gracefully, it would have been helpful to have this policy highlighted at booking or check-in to avoid surprises.
