Great Hospitality & Location, Food,...

Liked: My stay was more than I could have asked for! Every request was met with pleasure! I'd stayed at Hotel Napoleon once before in celebration of my Anniversary in 2022. It's been 2 years & I was worried that the hotel & service may have declined.However, what I found was a more streamlined experience - Before, During & After the stay! The entire experience exceeded every expectation & pre notion that I had before my stay! Hotel Napoleon is my go-to hotel when in need of a Memphis hotel!Thanks Hotel Napoleon! PS. John, YOU ROCK!

A retro classic located in...

Liked: The staff is nice. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant in the lobby, they were all hospitable. Liked the look and feel of the hotel also.
Disliked: Traveling with kids, we booked one of their nicer suites. What sucked was being told at the check-in that all of their suites are in the basement. Yes. Basement. We got into the elevator in the lobby and went down to get to our suite, past their laundry/cleaning facility and all that crap smdh. Basically we stayed underground at an old hotel and paid the premium for it. And that really sucked.

Fantastic location with a beautiful...

Liked: The location was perfect. Only a few minutes from Beale street and the other downtown establishments. Beau was great. Speaking to him was like speaking to an old friend, catching up on lost time. Nathaniel provided great food recommendations. Overall our stay was awesome
Disliked: The room lighting could have been better. The ceiling area over the bed should have a big light. The small lights don’t beam illuminate enough in the evenings.
