Liked: Really nice hotel and surrounding grounds and with the exception of the waiter who must have had a humour transplant really friendly and obliging reception staff.
Disliked: Where to begin. Whoever wrote the room description got carried away. My room did not overlook any lake or gardens in fact it overlooked what appeared to be a builders yard and they started collecting thier materials about 07.30 hrs. There was definitely no kitchenware we did however thanks to the receptionist get a kettle. There was no dressing room, no dining table and our room was definitely not on the ground floor.I did check with the receptionist but she was as puzzled as we were - as I say the room did not match the description disappointing to say the least.

Liked: Beautiful reception area & grounds. Can't comment on breakfast as didn't have any.
Disliked: Black out curtains, sun beaming in the room in the morning made room very hot & no air conditioning.No hospitality tray and no facilities for drinks if arriving late.
