Liked: Lovely modern and compact rooms. We wanted something nice but on a bit of a budget and we were surprised how lovely the hotel was for the piece we paid! The location to Roma Norte streets and restaurants was incredible!

Great location, decent room, terrible...

Liked: The overall hotel was good. Location was excellent, and I would consider staying in this location again if I went back to Mexico City. The bed was comfortable. I was in a room at the end of the corridor and found it generally quite quiet. Even though there were several negatives which I wasn't really happy with, I would also consider staying here again, as it was affordable and in a great location. The staff were also very nice.
Disliked: The room was a little tight, especially the space around the bed. The shower head was a square waterfall-type head, though it needed repairing. It would leak around the edges, which meant you were getting hit by uncomfortable drips and leaks. The towels were a little rough and old; some had holes in them. The toilet door didn't stay closed when closing from the room side. The TV, although decent, wasn't very high resolution, and the internet connection was also finicky so watching Netflix sometimes was a little choppy. There also weren't any accessible HDMI ports to plug in my own iPad/laptop to watch instead. The volume of the TV also didn't get very loud so struggled hearing some dialogue here and there. The breakfast was terrible. The first day I tried the selection, the next several I just had a glass of juice and went elsewhere for breakfast.
