Good but we felt scammed...

Liked: The location is great and breakfast is good.
Disliked: The room was moldy and smelled like humidity. After check-in we requested a taxi to the airport and asked for the fare. They said the taxi meter would define the fare and when the car arrived which wasn't a taxi said the price was set to 1200 MXN when our taxi from the airport to the hotel was 800 MXN it sounded like a lot and wasn't agreed upon. We felt scammed, the car wasn't in great condition and the driver would use their phone the whole ride which didn't seem safe at all.

Liked: Good safe location, nice unusual (and impractical) design, clean room, acceptable (although fairly monotonous) breakfast every day.
Disliked: There was no window unexpectedly. The room was dark. It was very stuffy in the room (probably, no ventilation system at all). Booking.com may wish to consider introducing a filter "There is a window" for those who don't like to book rooms without windows. The table was not full-functional by design and it looked like a sleeper train small table, in reality it was not possible to use it at all for a laptop etc. The water in the shower spread all over the floor because of a shower floor design defect and flowed out into the room, making a huge puddle in the room. To sum up, this hotel is only for life situations when there are no other better options with your budget.

Liked: The location is superb, the hotel is clean and the staff was very friendly. The WiFi worked well. Great value for money.
