Liked: Internet connection slow and TV a little outdated. Staff was delivering an excellent service, and breakfast is better than expected. The location is excellent.

Liked: The hotel is conveniently located. The room was impeccable, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was varied and tasty.
Disliked: My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The room I stayed in, located behind the front desk, was not soundproof, and constant noise from the busy reception area disrupted my rest. To make matters worse, a 24/7 construction site next to the hotel added to the disturbance, as the windows were also not soundproof.One night, I went to the lobby for a bottle of water and was told only the maids had access to them. When I asked about a water dispenser, they said there wasn’t one. The lobby boutique was also out of stock, and the staff could only suggest I visit a nearby convenience store. It’s shocking that a hotel couldn’t provide something as basic as water.Additionally, while the hotel had free Wi-Fi, the connection was extremely poor and unreliable, making it impossible to work from my room.

Disliked: It was extremely dirty, as if it wasn’t properly cleaned from previous guest. The bathroom literally had hairs from previous guest.Also, there’s a construction on the building aside of the hotel, therefore there are extremely loud noises.
