Superb

Too loud.

Liked: Location is really central and safe and the staff at check-in was very friendly.
Disliked: It's extremely loud at night. All rooms on all floors lead to the same hallway, so every time someone talks outside or comes/goes, you're gonna hear it. The walls are also super thin. My next door neighbours loved watching TV til late at night and getting up singing along to some loudly played music. Furthermore, there is a nightclub next door and I heard the beat despite putting in earplugs from midnight til the early morning hours. Not one single night of good sleep out of four.I had booked a Junior Suite here on Booking and got a room that didn't look like in the pictures. It had no window, neither in the room, nor in the bathroom. I was too tired the night of arrival to complain.(Despite that I found a moskito in my room on the last day, so be careful). Also there was no desk.The breakfast is also not really great: some muesli with milk,joghurt and some nuts/dried berries, fresh fruit, toast (untoasted though, there is no toaster), cheese and ham, marmelade, honey and some warm options (eggs scrambled to death, some beans, sauce, a meat dish and some veggies). Often things were missing (one morning there were no plates, another no fresh fruit).

Disliked: Perfection would have been a small refrigerator in the room It seems a Mexican hotel thing you can’t get your room before 3 ….. no matter what Cannot believe not a single room is unavailable before 3

Exceptional

Disappointing and at times incredibly...

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: Entrance is obscure, staff were unhelpful, impossible to sleep as a nightclub was playing VERY LOUD until at least 3am every night, breakfast was average, no access to drinking water, toilet was in a GLASS CUBICLE (?! Partner and I had to warn each other to look away every time we used the toilet), bathroom was dirty, curtains didn’t reach edge causes sun to shine directly in eyes on sunrise, walls so thin you could hear EVERYTHING, soap attached to walls in ways that made it very difficult to use, everything worn and shabby looking.

Disliked: The breakfast was very poor the breakfast room is not fully enclosed and it was very cold and wet that morning. The choice was very limited. I just had yoghurt and coffee . The breakfast server appeared to be bored , The eggs looked very dry,
