Liked: Location, close to historic location and restaurants, clean rooms. Parking.
Disliked: When we arrive at the location, the hotel has some issues to provide the rooms, and we have to help them minimize customers' upset because the service desk guy, was overwhelmed what was happening to get the rooms ready, after a couple hours all issue's were resolved.

Liked: The room was clean and spacious
Disliked: We brought many suitcases, and we didn't get any help lifting them...the staff were just looking at us while we transported 6 suitcases up those stairs at the entrance. It was pretty weird. We didn't get any help either putting them downstairs the day of our checkout. Another point was that the room was too cold at night, and the blanket they had in the room wasn't enough to keep us warm

Liked: Room and beds were comfortable.Decent breakfast Building and room were very clean
Disliked: Poor ventilation (there was a fan but room got warm and stuffy during the day) window opened about 5-6 inches.The shower stream was painfully weak and hard to adjust the temperature.No soap, just a (shampoo-body wash in 1) Location was very sketchy to say the least.Usually I don’t mention this type of things, but terrible attitude from the man that checked me in.
