Room feels like sleeping in...

Liked: this was like sleeping in a coffin without windows. How could you offer hot room with no windows and no working Air Conditioners. The fridge inside the room does not work. It was so hot in the room that we had to leave the door open to get some fresh air. This is shameful. Never thought a hotel room will feel like sleeping in a coffin. Breakfast was not great either. The wifi internet was also sketchy, it works for a while and just stops working. The only thing this hotel has going for it was the location in front of the metro and the Mall

Professional staff and excellent hotel...

Liked: Breakfast was delicious and location near bus o metro transportation was helpful to move easy around the city.
Disliked: AC wasn't working properly in my room but didn't cause any issues during our staying. Night time cold temperatures was really pleasant even in our room.

Liked: The location is excellent because its right in front of the mall and so many activities all around. And the best part is the staff, wonderful customer service and so helpful.
