Would never stay here again....

Liked: My uncle unfortunately fell really ill and we wanted to say our goodbyes, we had not seen him in years and this hotel was the closest to his home.
Disliked: Filthy rooms, paid extra to have a jacuzzi to relax in with the kids and they refused to provide more than 1 towels. I asked for an extra towel to have for my hair and they refused. The jacuzzi was filthy and they expected us to use the same towel for the jacuzzi and after a shower? The jacuzzi water is either scorching hot or freezing. It also would not drain. Luckily we used the last night. We stayed 5 days 4 nights here only because it was close to my uncles house whom we came to say our final goodbyes to because he was terminally ill. They would only provide 1 hand towel no wash clothes like most hotels. Every time we went to breakfast which was not the greatest we were harassed. Other families weren’t asked what room number ever or how many people per room every single morning like we were. They wanted us to book another room because we had twin 3 year olds with us. We booked 2 rooms with king beds for 4 adults. 2 adults per room with 1 child. I honestly feel like they did not like us because the children are clearly mixed children with black. Rooms were hot and humid. No ac or mini fridges, vending machines did not work, no ice machines.

Liked: Super professional and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Great value for money and decent breakfast included.
Disliked: Lack of power sockets. The bathroom door did not close properly, after shower everything was flooded. The area isn’t the greatest but it is juts 15min ride from the Historical Centre and Mexico City International airport.

Good value for a short...

Liked: The staff is super helpful and kind.
Disliked: I don’t know the neighborhood well and in the evening it felt a little uncertain.
