Hotel location was excellent but...

Liked: Too loud, room was located in an undesirable location of the hotel, the whole night couldn’t sleep due to hearing all the activity going on outside the room. At first we thought the window wasn’t secure properly but it wasn’t the window it was just the poor structure and placement of the room. Also water didn’t smell right it had a funny smell of chlorine

Liked: Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. They accommodated a late check in, the room was comfortable & dark. The breakfast was excellent!

Liked: Close to the airport
Disliked: It was on a main avenue, and the room did not have sound isolation, so I heard the cars passing the avenue like they were in my room. The same with the noise made by other guests in their rooms. The toilet did not have water, so going to the bathroom was not an option. There was no food service at the hotel, and the closest restaurant was 10 mins walking. If you wanna walk at 10 or 11 pm. for a snack, it might be dangerous.

Disappointed based on the verbiage...

Liked: Breakfast was OK. Shuttle service set up was good, but I was under quoted on the price
Disliked: The lighting in my room was poor. There were no lights in the hallway when I exited the elevator. The room had no water cups or coffee maker. I asked if I could have an extra bottle of water and was told they didn’t have any. The vending machine was 90% empty. The mattress in the room was well beyond its useful life.
