Zoo like atmosphere

Liked: Breakfast was good, but very dirty everywhere. No fault of the hotel, it was parents not cleaning up after their kids.Room was nice, clean and the beds very comfortable. Love the blackout blinds.
Disliked: The hotel has 3 elevators and only 1 working. From previous reviews, they've been broken a while now. I had knee surgery and had to walk up 6 flights of stairs to the pool because I was waiting over 15 min with a toddler for the elevator that came numerous times but always full. The staircase closest to my room had no access to the lobby, so I had to walk to the other side of the hotel down a flight, then through another door, then down another flight. A complete maze just to get to the front desk. I went to complain and I was brushed off being told they have the part to fix the elevator and sorry for the inconvenience.I have kids and never have they behaved the way most of the kids did. Parents letting them run through the lobby area, and up and down the hallways screaming.

Liked: Quick overnight stay because we went to a concert.Didn't get to stay long but we definitely plan to come back for a weekend stay.

Amazing stay but floor are...

Liked: Swimming pool on the 7th floor with excellent view of the City. Big hot tub, huge swimming pool, slide and splash pad. Everything you need for a family with Young children. Good breakfast but always same menu. Would have been nice to add more variety menu or switch food choices.
Disliked: Same daily menu. Lack of food variety.
