Liked: Check-in / check-out process was seemless and fast.

Disliked: A easier to find hotel. Sign could be out outside. Clearer instructions of what to do when checking in could be supplied. Filling all of the personal information when checking in is a pain and couod have all be done in advance online. Check-in instrcutions were difficult to find in multitude of emails. Overall the self check-in was quite unpleasant compared to self check-ins I had to do elsewhere.

Beautiful and easy!

Liked: The self check-in was so quick and easy and the instructions were clear. The room was really spacious and the bathrooms were new and clean. The decor of the room was also really nice and the location is great!

We had a great stay

Liked: The room was well decorated and felt very newly done. Bathroom was lovely, bed was very comfortable. The bottle of water and small chocolates was a nice touch.
Disliked: We had a kettle provided but no mugs to use. It would also be nice to provide a couple of tea bags or coffees.
