Liked: Everything was great - clean, comfortable, spacious room, walking distance to city centre and friendly staff. Great value for money.

Disliked: As I have forgotten some cloth in the room and despite I sent an email the same day to ask if it was found, I did not receive any answer. I had to phone but I did not feel that my request was taken seriously.

Not the best Melia hotel

Liked: The style of the room is very nice. It was spacious enough. The beds were confortable.
Disliked: It appeared that the hotel was fully booked, but the staff was not enough to supply all the necessities of the guests. Besides, the breakfast area was too small for the number of guests, and the atmosphere was a bit chaotic in the morning. Even the staff was working very hard, it was not enough to keep everything net and tidy, and we have to wait to get a table. On the other hand, I specifically asked to have the room cleaned, but it never hapenned
