Liked: The staff was attentive and friendly. The breakfast and the location of the hotel were very nice. The cleaning was sufficient. The room was cold at night but they provided a heater.
Disliked: I had booked a triple superior room for my wife, me and my son for 4 nights, but the room they gave me was extremely small. After 2 nights, we were able to move to the larger room I had originally booked. However, they said that the responsibility was entirely Booking.com's and did not offer a refund or discount to compensate for this situation. We had to spend half of our family holiday in a small room.

Liked: My fiancee brought me here for our first vacation together as an engaged couple and we absolutely loved this place and its staff. Everything was perfect. We definitely recommend this place and would come back. Martin&Klara

A wonderful experience for all

Liked: We stayed here for a few nights in October and absolutely loved our experience. The service was impeccable, the rooms were beautiful and cleaned daily, and the breakfast was delicious! The hotel to city shuttle bus was super helpful and a good price, and the spa facilites are wonderful. We would definitely stay here if visiting Florence again.

Liked: Everything! Elegant yet Rustic and felt like home, peaceful and comforting surroundings to rest and relax….particularly having use of the spa after long days touring and walking was an added bonus …..worth the trip outside of Florence

Liked: I loved staying here - everything about it. The ambiance, the art and decor, the location on the river, the pool, the spa, the food. I loved the entire complex. It's such a relaxing place. The restaurant and bar were fantastic, and their negrois were especially good.
Disliked: Nothing
