Wonderful hotel!! Can’t wait to...

Liked: This hotel was very lovely and very accommodating. I came into town very early but were willing to hold my luggage until the 3:00 pm check-in which was very nice. The receptionist at the front was very sweet and very professional, concise and direct with all the information you’d need. When I first get to my room, I immediately put my stuff down and do a walk through along with a wipe down of surfaces, (found a mini fridge which was a nice surprise and added bonus) to which everything was squeaky clean. I wipe everything down, including the bed frame and checked between the sheets and mattresses. I saw that everything was incredibly clean and fresh, which I loved. This was a lovely hotel to stay at and recommend this to everyone and anyone, regardless of length of stay. I was only here for one night but will definitely be returning again in the near future!!
Disliked: I don’t have any dislikes of the property. When I first get to my room, I immediately put my stuff down and pull out my camera to do an initial walk through of the property so I can inspect for anything unusual. The place was incredibly clean which was fantastic! But I did notice a small hole in the skirt of the bedding but I believe it’s from others previously trying to get down from the bed and the fabric gets stuck and punctured but the mattress holder part of the bed frame.

Liked: Clean and comfortable room. Close to subway. I felt safe walking alone at night. Great view of the park.
Disliked: I would have liked a way to have decaf coffee in the room and maybe a simple fruit and pastry breakfast.

Liked: Hotel and room were so clean! Amazing location just under Chinatown & Little Italy. It is across the street from a park which is great as well. We will be back.

Liked: Extremely clean, best possible location
Disliked: Thin walls, I could hear people next door throughout night. I recommend not getting a balcony, those rooms seem to be a busier part of the hotel.
