We would definitely stay again!

Liked: Very cleanStaff very friendly, kind and helpful Location was ideal to explore Chinatown and Little Italy.
Disliked: Room temperature was a bit too warm at night at 70, and it didn’t seem possible to lower due to lockout code on thermostat; it only could be paused for 3 hoursPillows were just ok, not the most comfortable

Very good

Liked: Nice location and excellent bed. However, there was no place in the room to hang up outerwear. The bathroom was clean but very cold, and the water was not hot.
Disliked: There was no handheld showerhead with a flexible hose, which is very inconvenient for women.
