Disliked: Staff not very friendly or helpful. TV not working properly. Staff not interested and no attempt made to rectify.

Liked: I recently stayed at this hotel with my mum, and we had an excellent experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with daily housekeeping that kept everything spotless throughout our stay. The location was perfect—just a 3-minute walk to the nearest metro station very close to the main bus station, and around 15-20’ walk from the main attractions making it easy to get around the city. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. We felt very well taken care of during our visit. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Prague!

Liked: Comfortable bed and pillow. Good breakfast selections. Close to Central Bus Station Florenc (less than 10 mins by foot) & the hotel offers free luggage storage service, which made our short trip (2 nights) to Cesky Krumlov much easier.
