Liked: Very good breakfast: excellent coffee, excellent scrambled eggs, very good cheese selection (all things that many hotels try to save money on)

Great overall experience

Liked: Very comfortable bed and room size was very good. Room was very clean and the staff very friendly. Good breakfast buffet.
Disliked: The over head shower was leaking and the walls are too thin. Any noise would be heard immediately.

Nice option for a 4-5...

Liked: Good location next to Florenc subway station. There are some restaurants and shops around, as well as a supermarket. Also tram and bus around which you can use for direct connection within the city for attractions. Good, diverse breakfast. Clean rooms, and very big. Towels changed daily and the heating can be set within the room how you want. Great staff, helpful. Would recommend for a stay in Prague.
Disliked: We had an issue with the initial room, but it was resolved by the staff as soon as possible by exchanging with another. :)

Great and very comfortable stay

Liked: Location of the hotel is great, it is a walking distance from main square and is a step away from metro, bus and tram stops that would take you anywhere in the city. Despite such central location it is conveniently away from all the noise and tourist buzz, making it very comfortable to relax at. Special note on the amazing staff at the hotel itself and reception in particular. Extremely friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Breakfast choices are rather poor and with limited options to choose from
