Liked: 5 minutes from train
Disliked: Very thin blanket. I should have raised the temperature in the room. I was so cold.

Disliked: The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the Springs left me with so much pain on the side I slept on

Liked: the location was good for my purpose. the lobby was beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were issues with the room. I reported all of the issues. All of them were corrected by the afternoonThe staff is motivated to correct problems that are reported and they did so in a professional and helpful manner.
Disliked: The room was the issue. Although it appeared to have enough charging areas, not all of them worked. One lamp gave me a shock whenever I touched it. There was no hot water at the time I needed to get ready.

Good value, clean and welcoming

Liked: Convenient and relatively good value. Very good staff.
Disliked: A little shabby but again it was overly expensive.
