I really enjoyed my stay...

Liked: The breakfast was very good , staff very helpful, welcoming and supportive. I think the management should be proud of the staff serving the breakfast. Highly appreciated ! The location of the hotel was vey good in the centre of the city.
Disliked: I would suggest the hotel to be engaged more actively in organizing / connecting with agencies for sightseeing/ tours.

Disliked: you can hear the noise outside the streets and the ac wasn`t working in the room and i had to change the room, the room was in a different building 5 min walking distance and i had to go and come back when i need something

Very good location and helpful...

Liked: Our room was in an annex to the hotel. We checked in at the main building and a staff member walked us over to our room. We exited our building directly onto Via del Corso. Location is excellent. Very clean also and daily cleaning was done. The room was very large and comfortable. We arrived in Rome hours before check in and were able to drop baggage at the hotel before going out to walk around. When we came back to check in, the staff had placed our bags in our room. The service was very good.
Disliked: Not the fault of the hotel at all, but taxis were more difficult to obtain than we expected. We wanted to get a taxi to Roma Termini when departing, but the hotel front desk was not able to get one for us. The hotel is near the Spanish Steps, which has a marked taxi stand and we also were unable to find a taxi there during our stay. We arrived at Roma Termini at 0600 and had no problem finding a taxi at the station to bring us to the hotel.
