Good location but room very...

Liked: Location/quirkiness
Disliked: No facilities in room (fridge/hot drinks). No shelves or hooks on doors to put/hang things. More hangers needed in wardrobe. TV not working. Very noisy at night and kept getting woken up (double glazing needed!)

Liked: i believe one good thing about this place is the location in the city centre on rather touristy street
Disliked: i couldn’t even sleep there. no AC. dusty room. got irritation on my skin after one night of staying there, sadly. so, do not recommend

Liked: More of an experience than a normal hotel bc of the maximalist decor and very special vibe. Really good location and unforgettable BC of the interior
Disliked: No duvet cover, just a dirty blanket and a small sheet for the 2 adult double bed

improper billing

Disliked: Good morning friends, I'm here to question the amount charged to my card. I made a reservation with you for July 17-18. I arrived on the day and paid in cash. Today, I went to check my card statement and it says that my reservation was canceled and I was charged again for the amount of the stay. Please help me.It's confusing in old reservations it appears that it was completed where I paid in cash
