An incredible stay :D

Liked: This lodge is a hidden gem! The team at Hotel Mountain Brook were so friendly and every day went above and beyond for a personalized experience. We started each morning with delicious, homemade breakfasts and then had plenty of great recommendations for indoor & outdoor plans in the region. Also perfect for a quiet day in with many cozy areas throughout the lodge and a fire in the afternoon / evening.
Disliked: I wouldn't have changed a thing!

Generally we liked it

Liked: Cozy, very close to town great location
Disliked: İsolation is not good so you hear every noise from next door. It is lovely new room but no kettle when you want to drink stg you have to go to reception area so when it is cold and snow at outside ıt was not comfortable to go to lounge for taking tea or coffee

Liked: The breakfasts were excellent, and the staff was lovely.
Disliked: Our room #9 did not have a chair in it, only a wide bench by a window that was not a comfortable place to sit. The small room between the bedroom and bathroom would be greatly improved by adding two ( or at least one) comfortable chair(s) to sit in and a standing lamp for reading.

Excellent and Amazing! Which made...

Liked: Location, rooms and especially the staff, Nicole and Sandra are incredible. Treated us as if we were family from the minute we walked in to us leaving to return home.
