Liked: The hotel is really beautiful, the decor, furnishings, attantion to details...it is by far one of the most beautiful hotels we've stayed in! The staff is amazing too, very helpfull and friendly. The location is excellent. We travelled with our small dog who received a great welcome, it was a truly wonderful stay overall!

Liked: It was beautiful. So perfectly decorated, but with an eye on function, as well! We booked the basic room. It was small, but functioned perfectly. It was glamorous, yet hard working. The shower was absolutely fabulous! The designers thought of men and women when they designed this room! The Front Desk Staff could not have been nicer, or more helpful. We encountered a lovely gentleman employee in the elevator who was also top notch. This is a wonderful place to stay!

Hidden gem in the heart...

Liked: Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Great location, near to the museum district, also surrounded by lots of shops. So quiet, you wouldn’t know you were in a hotel on a busy shopping street. Staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant was fantastic too. The only place to stay in Vienna.
