Disliked: Definitely not a spot to stay if you are with family. Very noisy , rooms weren't very clean. Lots of people in there you don't want around children.

Disliked: Rooms were dirty, smelt like cigarettes. There’s dust and grime all over the place. You can tell no one is up keeping this place

Liked: There is a swimming pool next to the hotel, it is very beautiful, and the base is very beautiful. I liked it.
Disliked: The reception is bad and the room cleanliness is very bad and there is no interest in the rooms and I do not recommend this hotel regarding the rooms and the bathroom is very very bad in terms of cleanliness

Liked: Staff was difficult to understand, speaks very fast and mumbles. Location was great for granby zoo. Place was old and run down but was clean and comfortable. Overall we were happy with our stay, it just seemed to be expensive.
