Great location but underwhelming bar...

Liked: The room was nicely presented and furnished. The location is great.
Disliked: Underwhelmed with the bar and restaurant. Had made a booking for a birthday celebration on Saturday night but the menu was very minimal so cancelled. Also very dark, couldn't read the menu! Really disappointed after seeing a show at the Capitol to return at 9.45pm on a Friday night to be advised that can't serve cocktails as had packed all away, only beer and wine, we had been looking forward to a cocktail tom round the night off! Really disappointing.

Not what you expect

Liked: - Good vibes at the bar.- Good location where food was accessible.
Disliked: - The room is not sound proof at all. The neighbours were extremely loud and was up until 2am. I was not able to sleep until then. Felt more like an apartment.- Glass water bottle needed to be brought to the reception downstairs to refill by them rather than the traditional hotel room service. Not even a dispenser in every level to help ourselves. - Room was way smaller than it looked on the pictures.- Bathroom/toilet space was extremely tight. No leg room for toilet bowl as you need to sit slanted towards the door

Disliked: A little noisy, water pipes in neighbouring rooms quite loud. We were charged for breakfast when we never actually ate there.

Disliked: Queen room is very tiny, it’s are advertised as accommodating two people, but in fact it can barely fit oneFor what the hotel offers it’s simply overpriced, there are much better options in Sydney in this price range
