Convenient to the train station...

Liked: Decent hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Clean and neat. Breakfast was politely served...I only ate one of the two mornings I was there. All I wanted was coffee and juice. The area it is isn in typical these days of train station neighbourhoods: awful. Homeless people, junkies, desperate economic and wear strife refugees who I am sure would sell their grandmother's teeth to get what they need. Sorry. I felt unsafe walking the streets around the hotel. Too bad too, because there is a really good looking halal restaurant down the street I would have like to eat at---fresh, tasty, etc...but I would have to walk the gauntlet to get there, so I settled for less than mediocre Roman food in the area. Cecias? 2 starts out of 5...
Disliked: Nicer neighbourhood. I didn't feel safe.

Liked: I recently booked a full suite for four guests, only to be surprised upon arrival when the staff informed me that we would instead be accommodated in smaller rooms, assigned at the same rate. Furthermore, I found the reception staff to be less cordial than anticipated, which detracted from our initial experience.Additionally, we encountered a significant issue with the bathrooms, which emitted a foul odor reminiscent of sewage. The size of the rooms also felt quite inadequate for a 4-star establishment.Overall, this experience was not up to standard. While the staff did make an effort to address the odor issue by cleaning the bathrooms, I remain concerned that there is an underlying problem that has yet to be resolved.

Liked: It's a good hotel and I only stayed one night. It's in a superb location for the trains. The restaurants in the neighbourhood are average bit I am sure there are better ones nearby if one wished to explore.
Disliked: Nothing. It's fine. Good breakfast.

Disliked: The other half of the staff were rude, unable to provide any information and cleaning service was not amazing, my bedding had stains on upon arrival. If you want to get a taxi from the airport do not go through the hotel it can take 40 minutes to find and you cannot prebookBased on the location go via train it is easier, cheaper and more reliable
