Liked: Comfortable bed, good location, good breakfast, impressive breakfast room, good value and the grey cat.
Disliked: Lack of sound-proofing. Got disturbed Saturday night by young people returning after midnight and having loud conversations to 3:30. Ensuite light on automatic sensor and timer.

Friendly, good location.

Liked: Very convenient for thé musée de beaux arts and the centre generally.Friendly helpful staff.Good breakfast.
Disliked: No view at all from our bedroom.

Liked: A very pleasant stay, close to both the train station and centre, easy walking to everything. The gentleman on reception did several things to make my stay more comfortable. Comfortable bed, well lit bathroom

Liked: Spacious and renovated room and love the beautiful medieval style. Staff was so helpful and friendly and the location was perfect. Highly recommended.
Disliked: Very noisy. You can hear people walking upstairs as if they are in your room and hear every door slamming. Recommend to bring earplugs.

Liked: Excellent location. We parked out front on the street. Upon arrival, the staff welcomed us warmly and provided us with detailed information about our stay, along with a fantastic dinner recommendation that truly enhanced our experience. The morning breakfast was a highlight. Not only was the coffee superb, but the spread was varied and delicious. The historic ambiance of the breakfast room added a charming touch, making our morning even more enjoyable. The blend of convenience, warm hospitality, and delightful dining makes this hotel a top choice for anyone visiting Rouen. We highly recommend it to fellow travelers looking for a memorable stay.
