Exceptional

Liked: The staff there was super nice and helpful! The room was clean and the beds were confortable. The breakfast had a lot of choice and it was great. They have an aggreement with a parking lot 5 mins walking from the hotel and it worked perfectly fine for us.There's a super friendly cat at the reception, his name is Mimi, and he loves cuddles!
Disliked: The only thing (not really an issue) is that they forgot to fill up the shower gel bottle in the bathroom, but not really an issue since we had our things.

Good value for your money...

Liked: Great location. Comfortable bed. Clean. Exceptional staff, which is why I'm rating it higher than I normally would 😉. Perfect for a short stay in Rouen and good value for your money.
Disliked: A bit noisy here and there, but manageable. Some furniture is a bit worn. The corridors look much worse than the rooms themselves. No lift—not a problem for me, but I can imagine some people might complain about it.

Liked: I had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect, with everything within reach, and it was really quiet at night. The place was spotless and seemed to have been recently renovated. The smart TV was a nice touch, and the bed linens were incredibly soft—made for a great night’s sleep. The owner was very helpful, providing useful tips for the area. The breakfast was delicious, included everything you could need, and was also very affordable. Great value for the price! Plus, there’s an option for discounted parking just across the street, which was really convenient. I would definitely stay here again.
